What we do.

Scheduled grounds maintenance — mowing, edging, and blowing down of paths, driveways and car park areas. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycles adjusted for summer growth.
Hedging & pruning — boundary and garden hedges kept to height, with sightlines and paths kept clear. Two-person crews and ladder work where required.
Weed & seasonal management — programmed spraying of paths, brickwork and garden beds; autumn leaf clearing; post-storm clean-ups.
Garden bed care & mulching — bed tidying, mulch top-ups and replanting of common-area beds. Presentation upgrades quoted separately.
Grounds condition reports — a written report with photos on new buildings you take over, or ahead of an AGM — free for schemes we maintain.
Proactive improvement suggestions — where we spot something worth doing, we flag it with photos and a price. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Reactive & make-safe work — trip hazards, blocked paths, fallen limbs and post-storm debris cleared from common areas.

Compliance & administration.

Public liability — $20 million. Certificate of currency supplied on request.
Invoicing — GST registered. ABN 79 698 794 535, invoiced direct to the strata plan or managing agent.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work with strata management companies?

Yes — we work directly with strata managers, building managers and owners’ corporations. We provide fixed monthly quotes, scheduled recurring visits and a monthly photo report with the invoice, so managers can see completed work without attending site.

Can you invoice the strata plan directly?

Yes. We’re GST registered and issue ABN invoices (ABN 79 698 794 535) to the strata plan or the managing agent, whichever your scheme requires.

Are you insured for common property work?

Yes. Rye Garden Group carries $20 million public liability insurance and is fully insured for work on common property, including strata and commercial sites. A certificate of currency is supplied on request.

Which areas do you cover for strata maintenance?

We maintain strata common areas across the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore and Ku-ring-gai — including Dee Why, Curl Curl, Collaroy, Seaforth, Mosman and St Ives. We run regular rounds through these areas, so getting to your schemes is straightforward.
